Ingredients

Savory Avocado Toast

1 ounce whole wheat sandwich bread
.100 ounce garlic oil (manufactured)
.100 ounce parmesan cheese, fancy shredded
3 ounces avocado pulp
2 ounces Salsa Macha

Salsa Macha

3 pounds + 2 ounces chopped peanuts, dry roasted unsalted halves
2 pounds + 5 1/2 ounces crushed red pepper
1 pound + 9 ounces chipotle with adobo paste
5 pounds + 7 1/2 ounces olive oil, 80/20 blend
1 pound + 9 ounces, chopped garlic in oil
13 grams light brown sugar, if desired

Directions

Savory Avocado Toast Directions

  1. Brush the slice of bread with garlic oil.
  2. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  3. Bake in oven for 5 min at 375 degrees (until bread is slightly toasted on top).
  4. Cut the avocado in half vertically and remove the pit. Use a small knife to dice the avocado flesh while its inside the skin.
  5. Squeeze lime juice and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Scoop the diced avocado into a bowl. Mash the avocado with the back of a fork.
  7. Scoop 3 ounces of mashed avocado onto the toast.
  8. Top with Salsa Macha.

Salsa Macha Directions:

Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. If desired, add brown sugar to taste to balance the spiciness.
